Five Nova Scotia swimmers participated on Monday at the 5km open water event during the Canadian Age Group Swimming Championships; the event took place at the Aquatopia Water-ski Park in Winnipeg.

Over fifty-eight girls and seventy-nine boys entered the 5km open water event. This was the conclusion of the 2010 Canadian Age Group Swimming Championships.
