Olivia Feschuk, 14 of the Halifax Trojan Aquatic Club earned two more silver medals at the Pan Am Pool tonight in Winnipeg during the final day of competition at the Canadian Age Group Swimming Championships. Olivia place second in the 200m Individual Medley with a time of 2:23.61 and second in the 400m Freestyle with a time of 4:30.53.

Teammates James Cormier, Joe Ur and Kylie Weber also earned themselves medals tonight. 13 year old James Cormier placed second in the 50m Butterfly with a time of 27.94. Joe Ur placed third in the 50m Butterfly with a time of 25.43, this was Joe’s second bronze medal of the competition- on day three Joe earned a bronze in the 50m Freestyle. 15 year old Kylie Weber earned herself her first medal of the competition in the 200m Individual Medley with a time of 2:28.10.

Today was the final day of the pool competition for the Canadian Age Group Swimming Championships. Top swimmers are off to Victoria on Monday to compete at the 2010 Summer National Swimming Championships which begin on Wednesday July 28th through Saturday July 31st at the Saanich Commonwealth Pool.
