Head Age Group Coach

Head Age Group Coach - Dartmouth Crusaders Swim Club
Crusaders has 100 age group athletes from novice to National Age group level. This is a part time position up to 14 hours per week plus competitions. This coach will work primarily with our top age group swimmers at Provincial level working toward National Age Group competition. He/she will also assit junior coaches working with fundamental skill level athletes. Programming for all athletes includes pool and dryland training and the coach will be able to demonstrate competence and creativity to work with all aspects of the program. A minimum of Skills coach certification and 3 years experience is required, Level 2 preferred. Position begins September 2009. Compensation commensurate with years of experience and certification.
