Part time coaching position with Dartmouth Crusaders

Crusaders is a growing competitive team active from novice to National level. We are seeking a dynamic individual, creative in their ability to coach swimmers through the fundamentals of technique up to age group racing. Experience with a wide range of swimmer abilities including able body and para-swimmers is an asset, but a creative mind and quick study also welcome.

Coaching development and education support provided.

Level of athletes: age group level, 10 to 12 years Competitions: Novatech, Age Group Development, Jr Provincial Championships Hours: 10-12 hours per week, evenings and Saturday morning Compensation: based on experience and qualifications

Availability: Pre-season coaching training will begin the first week of September, 2011

Qualifications: minimum 2 years experience; certification Level 2 NCCP, 201 Trained or equivalent preferred Assets - related leadership training, related land training (eg) Run-Jump-Throw or similar training
