Assistant Head Coach

The (SWAT) is looking for an Assistant Head Coach for its summer club, Sackville Summer Swimming.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual willing to offer their swimming knowledge and enthusiasm.

We run our program out of the Sackville Sports Stadium with practices with one group practicing three times per week and a second practicing five times per week.

Qualifications:
 Previous competitive swimming experience or other relevant coaching/teaching experiences/training
 Must be a student currently enrolled in secondary or post-secondary education
 Level 1 Coaching Certification would be an asset but is not required Responsibilities:
 Plan for and implement specific group practices
 If necessary, complete required coaching certification courses
 Coach swimmers participating at weekend swim meets
 Attend coaches meetings and team functions
 Responsibilities may vary depending on position and the amount of time commitment.
 Individual responsibilities will be discussed during an interview.

Salary:

A competitive salary will be offered and vary depending on qualifications and commitment level.
