Masters Swimming Home
Masters Swimming is another program within Swim Nova Scotia that caters to a variety of interests and levels of commitment. Here the meets are "low key".
"Fun-fitness-friendship-participation" is the philosophy of Masters Swimming in Nova Scotia. Generally speaking Masters swimmers are people over the age of 18.
In a typical Masters club, you will invariably find swimmers of virtually all ages and abilities from experienced competitive swimmers who have swum in age group and university programs to novices of all ages. Nova Scotia Masters (Swim), the body that administers and co-ordinates the activities and clubs of masters swimming in Nova Scotia are a member of Swim Nova Scotia and have a representative on the Board of Swim Nova Scotia.
